The role requires 5+ years of relevant experience, advanced Illustrator skills, and hands-on experience with AI-based design. Remote collaboration across time zones is essential to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Direct, mentor, and inspire art team members to ensure artistic alignment.
• Oversee art production schedules to ensure all project deadlines are met.
• Guide digital branding and assist with web creative strategies.
• Lead product and packaging design initiatives from concept to production.

Work Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week)

Schedule/Timezone: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST

Location: Remote (Latin America)

Pay: $12.00 - $18.00/hr USD
