Role Description

Capgemini’s Connected Marketing Operations team delivers frictionless, digitally augmented, data-driven marketing services that drives a more agile connections and seamless experience with customers. This is critical in transforming your business, shaping new consumer values, and driving sales. Our next-generation digital marketing solutions leverage innovative marketing technologies to enrich brand’s digital strategy with relevant insights and data, maximize campaign and channel reach, and drive operational excellence and efficiency across the marketing organization.

We are looking for a highly experienced Creative Operations expert serves as a strategic partner to clients, helping connect client business and marketing objectives to the right mix of Connected Creative Solutions offerings, where we’re AI led. This role operates at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and consultative selling, bringing together insights to unlock growth opportunities and deliver meaningful value.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
  • Build trusted relationships with client partners and sales, establishing credibility as a strategic advisor and consultative sales partner
  • Develop account growth plans aligned to client business and marketing objectives, agency strategy, and Connected Creative Solutions opportunities.
  • Lead strategic agency and client conversations that connect our offerings to client objectives and business value
  • Collaborate across internal AI, delivery, and strategy teams to identify, shape, and support cohesive sales opportunities
  • Create and deliver compelling sales narratives and materials, including planning documents and business reviews that clearly articulate the value of our Creative AI automation offerings.
  • Provide thought leadership and identify opportunities to grow business and service clients
  • Responsible for fostering cross-agency communication and partnerships and contributing to new business pitches
  • Influence internal leaders and manage direct reports with a strong contribution to the agency's forward vision
Qualifications (Education/Experience/Certification)
  • 8–12 years of experience in content operations, advertising, marketing, or a related field, with a background in consultative sales, agency leadership, or client-facing roles.
  • Implementation experience with AI-enabled tools for content creation and personalization at enterprise scale
  • Proven hands-on experience applying AI to content workflows: prompt engineering, templating, variant generation, and guardrail personalization.
  • Familiarity with multimodal AI (text, image, video)
  • Demonstrated experience partnering with agency teams and navigating complex, matrixed organizations
  • Proven ability to connect creative solutions to broader client business and marketing objectives through strategic storytelling and consultative selling
  • Breadth of experience across media and marketing channels, which may include identity and data-driven solutions, programmatic media, retail media, and traditional media.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence collaborators without direct authority.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $87,300- $184,500. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

These may include, but are not limited to: Geographic location, Education and qualifications, Certifications and licenses, Relevant experience and skills, Seniority and performance, Market and business consideration, Internal pay equity.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
