FASTSIGNS of West Metro, MN is seeking a Production & Installation Specialist to create, assemble, and install sign and graphic products in a fast-paced environment. The role centers on operating production equipment within the FASTSIGNS Center and delivering high-quality signage for diverse client applications.

Responsibilities include running CNC routers and large format printers, cutting graphics, and occasionally installing on vehicles or buildings.

• The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, with problem-solving skills, who pays very close attention to accuracy and detail.
• Comprehensive training in all aspects of this position will be provided.
• Previous experience in sign production is a plus but not required.
• Willing to learn new skills through on-the-job training.
• No prior experience.
• Demonstrates a strong work ethic.

Mansioni

• Operation of CNC router, large format direct print Flatbed printer, Laminator, various hand tools, drills, etc.
• Cutting printed graphics using a variety of wall cutters, saws, and Exacto blades, as well as applying the product to substrates.
• May be required to work in the field performing installations to vehicles and building interiors and exteriors using a ladder or mechanical lift system.
• Careful attention to detail utilizing work orders that outline specifics for each custom order is paramount.
