Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Creative Manager to lead day-to-day creative execution and a small design team. You will transform healthcare and technology concepts into compelling visuals for marketing, sales, and events, with a focus on PowerPoint, one-pagers, case studies, and collateral.

You’ll mentor designers, manage stakeholder expectations, and help scale creative output using AI tools and best practices. Hybrid work with multiple city offices is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8+ years in design, creative services, or brand design.
• Experience leading creative projects with multiple priorities.
• 2–4 years supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Portfolio showing presentation design, B2B collateral, and branding.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and PowerPoint at expert level.
• Knowledge of typography, layout, and information design.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling B2B marketing collateral: one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, and more.
• Develop concepts and assets across digital, social, events, content, and demand channels.
• Translate complex healthcare and tech concepts into clear visual stories.
• Design event materials: signage, booth graphics, print collateral, promos.
• Support website updates, landing pages, and motion graphics as needed.
• Mentor designers, manage priorities, and optimize workflow.
• Ensure consistency across customer-facing and internal materials.
