As part of the Creative Services team, you will help produce, write, shoot, and edit on-air promos and graphics, organize projects from concept to delivery, and assist with events and editing workflows.

KCRA 3/KQCA-TV My58 (CW), the Hearst Television affiliate in Sacramento, CA is looking for an Intern to receive hands-on experience in our Creative Services department. You are organized, a detail-oriented team player with exceptional written and verbal skills, and the ability to prioritize and manage time effectively. A positive attitude and professional demeanor are essential along with the flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment.

Creative Services Responsibilities include:

• Produce, write, shoot and edit compelling on-air promos and image campaigns from start to finish that increases viewer interest, the brand awareness and ratings for all multi-platforms
• Organize and build projects from concept through delivery, working with video editors, sound editors and on-air announce talent and video editing
• Create station on-air image, entertainment promos and graphics- this can include daily program episodes for air
• Help with street team events
• Hands-on editing and online editing management
• Contribution to brainstorms across all departments
