Visit California is seeking a Creative Services Coordinator to oversee design development and content production within the Communications Department. The ideal candidate will have a background in graphic design with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, along with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
This role offers a hybrid work model, with 2-3 days on-site and 2-3 days remote each week. Salary range is competitive at $75,500 - $120,000, complemented by a comprehensive health benefits package and other perks.

The Creative Services Coordinator will be responsible for providing design development, content production and editorial messaging for projects within the Communications Department. Therefore, candidates should have excellent design, organization, written communications skills and a passion for producing high quality materials that provide value and drive high impact within the travel industry. Candidates must have the ability to manage a high volume of multiple projects at the same time – meeting deadlines and quality expectations - and an interest of making connections between design and content.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each key duty satisfactorily, as well as exhibit the following qualifications:
Salary Range: $75,500 - $120,000
The range displayed reflects the range the organization reasonably expects to pay for the position. The actual base salary is subject to variation due to the role, level, relevant education, training, or experience, among other factors.
