Qualifications

• Experience with 3D design or rendering tools is a plus.
• Consistent in-office presence as Haddad Brands team member.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating floor plans and fixture layouts.
• Develop concept boards, renderings, and presentations for retail spaces and merchandising.

• Handle special projects as assigned.

Overview: The Creative Services and Store Design Assistant will support the planning and execution of branded retail environments by assisting with floor plans, spatial planning, renderings, shop rollouts, and fixture installations.

Key Accountabilities

• Assist in creating and updating floor plans, fixture layouts, and product placement plans, considering dimensions, traffic flow, and the shopping experience
• Assist with developing concept boards, visual mockups, renderings, and presentations that communicate proposed retail spaces, fixtures, graphics, and merchandising ideas
• Use AI tools to enhance renderings and bring design concepts to life while maintaining accuracy and alignment with brand direction
• Support new shop openings, refreshes, and retail rollouts by coordinating design assets, store information, timelines, and installation materials
• Assist with installation preparation, delivery coordination, on-site setup, and follow‑up, documenting progress and outstanding items
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with corporate teams and retail partners through clear communication, timely follow‑up, and collaborative problem‑solving
• Work with internal teams and vendors to gather measurements, specifications, project requirements, and approvals under the guidance of the Sr. Director
• Help prepare and adapt in‑store graphics, signage, and presentation materials in accordance with brand and retailer guidelines
• Maintain design files, fixture inventories, rollout trackers, installation photos, and project records
• Special projects as assigned

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities/Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in related field and/or strong internship experience
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail
• Experience with 3D design or rendering tools a plus

Salary Description: $60,000-$65,000 per year
