Job summary

Lifetouch is hiring for the JCPenney Portrait Team as a Seasonal Part-Time Team Member. Earn $15.50 per hour and receive paid photography and sales training, plus incentives. Enjoy flexible schedules, a fun environment, and store/studio discounts.

Responsibilities include capturing creative photos, guiding customers through the sales process, scheduling sessions, and delivering an excellent customer experience from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
• Retail, sales, service or photography experience is preferred.
• Varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with children and adults.
• Basic math and data-entry computer skills.
• No prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos that are fun and creative to exceed customer expectations.
• Perform the sales process to achieve sales averages.
• Talk with potential customers and call existing customers to schedule sessions.
• Provide a wonderful customer experience from start to finish.
