Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing recreation programs.
• Lead and supervise residents in activities such as games, crafts, exercise, and social events.
• Encourage resident and family participation in activity planning.
• Conduct resident interviews to personalize programs to individual interests and abilities.
• Observe, document, and report resident participation, mood, and behavior.
• Accompany and assist residents during outings, field trips, and walks.
• Transport residents within the facility to and from activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and facility policies.
