A leading asset management software firm based in Sacramento seeks a Proposal & Creative Marketing Manager to drive compelling proposals and oversee creative marketing campaigns. This full-time in-person position requires a creative powerhouse skilled in copywriting and graphic design. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in proposal management and content creation, along with a keen eye for design. The compensation range is $75,000 - $85,000, complemented by various benefits including a 401(k) plan and health insurance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in creative marketing, proposal management, or content creation.
• Proven ability to write clear, persuasive, and audience-focused content under tight deadlines.
• Experience in SaaS or technology marketing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of sales proposals from kickoff to submission.
• Create custom graphics and write persuasive copy for proposals.
• Manage social media strategy and develop engaging blog posts.
