Job summary

Deux Vingt, a creative production agency in Seattle, seeks a Project Manager to oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of creative projects across multiple workstreams. You will work with marketing associates, designers, producers, and other PMs to ensure smooth intake to delivery in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in project management within creative or marketing workflows, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience using project platforms

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in a creative, marketing, or production-focused environment.
• Strong proficiency with project management platforms such as Asana, Workfront; experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Teams, Outlook) required.
• Proven track record managing creative workflows, timelines, and stakeholder communication.
• Excellent organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project timelines, task assignments, and workflow processes using tools such as Asana, Workfront, Airtable or similar platforms.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication between creative, strategy, production, and client-facing teams.
• Track project status, identify risks, and escalate blockers while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Facilitate review and approval cycles, ensuring timely feedback and version control.
• Maintain organized project documentation, deliverable lists, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Support resource scheduling and workload balancing across project teams.
• Ensure projects adhere to deadlines, brand standards, and quality expectations.
• Collaborate with leadership to improve workflows, processes, and team efficiencies.
