Job summary

Uline, a family-owned distributor of shipping, packaging materials, and related products, seeks a Creative Production Manager to oversee print and web production. You’ll lead a team, coordinate with project managers, and ensure brand quality across all omnichannel materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in creative production or project management with supervisory experience preferred.
• Proofreading and editing experience a plus.
• Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project managers to schedule, proof, and coordinate all print and web projects.
• Approve print and web media to uphold Uline’s standards and style guidelines.
• Manage multiple deadlines and drive process improvements for timely delivery.
• Work with vendors to review proofs, secure approvals, and maintain documentation.
• Recruit, train, and inspire the team to achieve high performance and service.
