SKIMS seeks a Head of Creative Production to own end-to-end production across photo, video, and digital campaigns, including e-commerce content. You will lead a team of producers, manage external partners, and ensure fast, high-quality outputs in a high-velocity environment.

Collaborating with Creative, Brand, and Legal teams, you will oversee budgets, schedules, and compliance, including SAG-AFTRA requirements, for high-profile shoots and collaborations such as NikeSkims.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in creative production, with leadership experience
• Proven track record on high-profile campaigns with talent
• Strong capability across editorial/campaign and fast-paced e-commerce production
• Experience in co-branded or licensed partnerships and contracts
• Solid budget management and cost-saving optimization

Responsabilités

• Own full production lifecycle across photo, video, digital campaigns and e-commerce
• Oversee in-house production team and external partners for speed and quality
• Manage relationships with photographers, directors, stylists and post houses
• Lead talent and location logistics for campaigns with celebrity/athlete involvement
