Qualifications

• 2+ years of ad agency producer experience.
• Knowledge of all agency disciplines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and proactive problem‑solving skills.
• Detail‑oriented with time management for multiple projects.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision.
• Mac OS, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Keynote proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute the creative concept.
• Develop and articulate production rationale and recommendations.
• Provide production solutions and strategies for projects.
• Procure, review and negotiate production estimates.
• Coordinate and schedule productions.
• Organize and run pre‑production meetings.
• Manage production budgets and track expenses.
• Review and approve all production invoices.
• Advise stakeholders on content production matters and budgets.
• Be an expert on filmmaking, photography and formats.
• Manage multiple projects and client relationships.
• Mentor junior producers.
