Job summary

24 Seven Talent seeks a highly organized, creatively driven Creative Producer to bring campaigns, launches, and brand storytelling to life for a fast-growing beauty brand. You’ll lead hands-on production across photography, video, social, e-commerce, retail, and print, translating briefs into polished, on-brand content while managing schedules, budgets, and vendors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in creative, integrated, photo/video, or content production.
• Experience producing premium consumer-facing campaigns in beauty or luxury lifestyle.
• Strong visual point of view with attention to product presentation and branding.
• Budget management, bids, invoices, contracts, licensing, and usage rights.
• Excellent project-management, communication, vendor-negotiation, and stakeholder-management.
• Comfort in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and high-quality expectations.
• Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Wrike, Slack, Google Workspace, Adobe CC, Frame.io, Dropbox, and DAMs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production for campaigns, product launches, photo shoots, video, social content, e-commerce assets, paid media, retail collateral, and events.
• Partner with creative, marketing, e-commerce, and external agencies to transform briefs into production plans.
• Own schedules, budgets, estimates, shot lists, call sheets, run-of-show documents, and vendor coordination.
• Source and manage photographers, directors, stylists, talent, studios, locations, and post-production partners.
• Guide shoots from pre-production through wrap, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with brand standards.
• Manage post-production workflows: selects, retouching, editing, color, sound, graphics, reviews, and delivery.
• Maintain asset lists, delivery matrices, release records, and production archives.
• Build scalable processes to improve speed, clarity, and quality across concurrent projects.

This is an opportunity for a hands-on production leader who thrives at the intersection of creative, brand marketing, and operations. You’ll turn bold ideas into polished, high-impact content across photography, video, social, e-commerce, retail, print, and more.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end production for campaigns, product launches, photo shoots, video, social content, e-commerce assets, paid media, retail collateral, and events.
• Partner with creative, marketing, e-commerce, and external agency teams to transform briefs into actionable production plans.
• Own schedules, budgets, estimates, shot lists, call sheets, run-of-show documents, vendor coordination, and production logistics.
• Source and manage photographers, directors, stylists, glam teams, talent, studios, locations, production partners, and post-production vendors.
• Guide shoots from pre-production through wrap, ensuring the work stays on schedule, on budget, and aligned with the brand’s visual standards.
• Manage post-production workflows including selects, retouching, editing, color, sound, graphics, review rounds, and final delivery.
• Maintain clear asset lists, delivery matrices, usage documentation, releases, and organized production archives.
• Build scalable processes that improve speed, clarity, and quality across multiple concurrent projects.

What You’ll Bring

• 6+ years of experience in creative, integrated, photo/video, or content production.
• Experience producing premium consumer-facing campaigns—ideally within beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fragrance, fashion, wellness, or luxury lifestyle.
• A strong visual point of view and exceptional attention to detail, especially around product presentation, packaging, shade representation, texture, and brand consistency.
• Confidence managing budgets, bids, purchase orders, invoices, contracts, licensing, talent releases, and usage rights.
• Excellent project-management, communication, vendor-negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with evolving priorities and high-quality expectations.
• Working knowledge of tools such as Asana, Wrike, Slack, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud, Frame.io, Dropbox, and DAM platforms.

Work Schedule: Onsite 1–2 days per week, with travel to photo shoots as needed.
