Job summary

HH Global is seeking a results-driven operations lead to enhance the embedded Scaled Creative Production (SCP) studio for a major tech client. You will drive AI-first workflow improvements, oversee cross-functional processes from brief to delivery, and manage pipelines using tools like Asana to accelerate asset delivery across markets.

The role requires strong coordination, brand compliance, QC expertise, and the ability to balance speed with quality.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in creative operations and production management in a client-facing environment.
  • Proven expertise in establishing, managing and optimizing complex creative workflows for multiple channels.
  • Proven expertise in QC and brand compliance.
  • Experience integrating automation tools into the creative process.
  • Proficiency with project management software (Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet).
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills on output and cost efficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Experience managing a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project pipelines (intake, prioritization, resourcing, tracking) via tools like Asana.
  • Build production timelines and mitigate potential delays.
  • Forecast capacity risks based on project volume and complexity.
  • Leverage generative AI and multi-agent workflows to optimize production and ensure consistency.
  • Streamline team processes and assist with onboarding documentation.
  • Allocate internal, vendor, and freelancer resources for optimal performance.
  • Oversee the execution and delivery of multiple creative projects simultaneously.
  • Develop project plans and track progress against timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
  • QC all outputs and minimize errors in final output.
  • Manage internal systems for time and effort tracking to inform future planning.

Our Client

Our client is a global leader in the tech industry, delivering a globally renowned web browser service. We are partnering with their highly talented and driven marketing team to build an embedded, always-on Scaled Creative Production (SCP) studio dedicated to elevating Direct Response (DR) marketing performance.

This team is fully focused on pioneering advanced AI toolsets and multi-agent workflows to conceptualize, produce, and adapt high-performing DR creative assets at extraordinary velocity and scale across multiple global markets. By merging cutting-edge generative technology with modular design systems, the studio accelerates multi-market localization, dynamic asset personalization, and cross-channel distribution without compromising brand integrity or visual fidelity.

Role Summary

Adopting a proactive, AI-first mindset, you will drive the continuous refinement of operational practices to maximize the performance and efficiency of the embedded SCP. You will lead key operational functions across the team, including:

  • AI Tool implementation
  • Workflow process optimisation
  • Asset review and QC management
  • Brand compliance
  • Reporting and cost efficiency analysis.

  • Client stakeholder communication

The ideal candidate is a highly organized, process-oriented professional who brings extensive experience in fast-paced environments, a strong mastery of creative workflows, and hands-on expertise in leveraging AI tools to optimize production processes.

Key Responsibilities
Workflow and Process Management
  • Lead an AI-first strategy across creative workflows to accelerate asset delivery.
  • Establish and maintain end-to-end operational processes from brief to delivery.
  • Manage project pipelines (intake, prioritization, resourcing, tracking) via tools like Asana.
  • Build production timelines and mitigate potential delays.
  • Forecast capacity risks based on project volume and complexity.
  • Leverage generative AI and multi-agent workflows to optimize production and ensure consistency.
  • Streamline team processes and assist with onboarding documentation.
  • Allocate internal, vendor, and freelancer resources for optimal performance.
Project Management
  • Oversee the execution and delivery of multiple creative projects simultaneously, including editorial and multi-market scaling briefs.
  • Develop project plans / timelines and track progress against these.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges to project success.
  • Effectively QC all output and minimize any errors in final output.
Reporting
  • Manage internal systems for tracking time and effort against specific projects to inform future resource planning and cost analysis.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Act as an operational point of contact between the Studio and our key client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate efficient project kickoff meetings, status updates, and post-mortem reviews.
  • Maintain clear communication protocols and documentation (e.g., SLAs, style guides, brief templates) to ensure smooth collaboration.
Technology and Tools
  • Google 1P Tools: Experience in working Google proprietary AI tools including Gemini, Veo, Imagen, Google Flow, Music AI Sandbox, Nano Banana, Google Stitch
  • Integrate cutting-edge AI software (Client 1P and approved 3P) and automation platforms to continually elevate creative productivity and streamline studio workflows.
  • Ensure the creative team is proficient in using all relevant project management, asset management (DAM), and collaboration platforms.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in creative operations & production management, within a client facing, in-house creative department or agency.
  • Proven expertise in establishing, managing and optimising complex creative workflows for all channels - digital, print, video, etc.
  • Proven expertise in QC and brand compliance.
  • Experience in integrating automation tools into the creative process.
  • Expert-level proficiency with project management software (e.g., Asana, Workfront, Smartsheet).
  • Proficiency in analysis and reporting on output and cost efficiency .
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience managing a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
  • Familiarity with creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and Google Workspace.

For New York and California applicants: The salary range for this position is $ 100,000 to $140,000 annually. Actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors that are unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, certifications and work location. This range may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.

The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus targets, benefits and/or other applicable incentives.
