FBT Gibbons LLP is seeking a Creative Manager to shape and elevate the firm's visual brand across marketing collateral and digital assets. You will lead creative work from concept to completion while collaborating with lawyers, marketers, and executives.

The ideal candidate combines strategic oversight with hands-on design, a track record in law firm environments, and the ability to manage multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, communication design or relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in graphic design in a law firm environment.
• Prior management experience required.
• Proficiency with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and multimedia tools.
• Current Mac experience and comfort with confidential information.
• Strong teamwork, organization, and deadline-driven work style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to guide executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of core marketing templates and branded pieces.
• Translate complex ideas into clear, accessible design solutions.
• Manage creative projects from concept to completion with timelines and budgets.
• Act as primary creative contact for internal clients and teams.
• Oversee creative team and external resources; provide direction.
• Maintain marketing materials, catalogs, and vendor relations.
• Decide on branding costs, layout, and design elements.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training for direct reports.
