Job summary

Axxess is seeking a Creative Manager in the Dallas area to lead and evolve our creative team across graphic design, web design, and video production. You will develop and execute creative strategies that align with our brand and business goals, guiding multiple projects from concept through delivery while mentoring designers and producers.

In this hybrid role, you’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and business development to ensure cohesive messaging and outstanding visuals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a design or related field.
• 5+ years in design/creative direction or leadership roles.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic, web and video work.
• Proven experience leading and developing creative teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• On-site Dallas office required.

• Present creative concepts and strategies to senior leadership.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in web design, video production, and graphic design.
• Help us introduce generative AI tools into our workflows to boost productivity and expand our creativity.
• Introduce innovative approaches to keep Axxess at the forefront of digital creativity.

What you bring…

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Digital Marketing, or a related field required
• 5+ years of experience in design/creative direction role
• Strong portfolio showcasing expertise
• Proven track record of leading and developing creative teams
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, etc)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detailAbility to work from our Dallas office as this is not a remote role

If local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area, this role requires a hybrid work schedule, including a minimum of three days per week in the office.
