Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred, combination of coursework and experience may be considered.
• 7–10 years of relevant work experience in design or advertising.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud applications and related design tools.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate the design process to craft advanced creative solutions addressing client challenges.
• Translate strategic visions into compelling visual concepts aligned with internal client objectives.
• Guide design teams in creating and executing artwork and layouts with artistic excellence.
• Champion cutting-edge graphic design software and technology to enhance outcomes.
• Mentor design staff to elevate proficiency in professional design concepts and processes.
• Innovate within the creative space by adopting new design technologies and pushing traditional media boundaries.
• Manage the workflow of complex design projects to ensure timely delivery and high quality.
• Analyze design challenges to recommend strategic solutions that drive client satisfaction.
• Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Maintain regular attendance with ability to work nights and weekends as needed.
• Support other duties as assigned.
