Job summary

Belk, Inc. & Belk eCommerce LLC. is seeking a Salon Technician to provide professional hair, nail, and skin services. You will report to the Salon Manager and work in a nonexempt, fast-paced salon environment.

We offer weekly in-salon training and opportunities to attend outside education with top industry names. Our salons are in premier Southeast mall locations, supporting Belk's growth. If you are passionate, team oriented, and eager to learn, we want to talk to you.

Qualifications

• Two to five years experience in the cosmetology or cosmetic industry preferred.
• Must possess a valid and current board certified license.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed personal service and retail sales goals.
• Acknowledge clients promptly after check-in.
• Build a client base and maintain client cards.
• Provide quality service through technical skills and product recommendations.
• Respond professionally to customer issues and address complaints.
