Job summary

AISHA Salon & Spa in Orlando, FL is seeking a talented Hair Stylist & Colorist who can craft haircuts, vibrant colors, balayage, and flawless styles while delivering outstanding client service.

Bring 5+ years in hair styling and coloring, knowledge of sanitation standards, and ability to upsell retail products. This is a full-time, in-person role with opportunities for advancement in a vibrant team environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry with a strong portfolio of hair styling and coloring work.
• Expertise in hair coloring techniques, including color theory and application methods.
• Experience with Keratin treatment, Brazilian Blowout, Nanoplastia and Hair Botox.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures to ensure a safe environment.
• Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining excellent customer service skills.
• Strong communication skills for effective client consultation and team collaboration.
• Experience with store management tasks such as retail math and inventory control is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional haircuts, styling, coloring, highlights, and Balayage to meet client preferences.
• Utilize advanced techniques such as balayage, ombre, and color theory to create personalized looks.
• Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas, including sterilizing tools and equipment.
• Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Assist with front desk duties, appointment scheduling via salon software.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment by sharing skills.
