Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in digital/graphic design or related field or 6–8 years of relevant experience.
• 5–7 years of professional graphic design experience required.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print work.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and produce engaging marketing materials across multiple channels including digital ads, emails, website content, social media, print ads, banners, presentations, motion graphics, animation, and more.
• Translate creative briefs into campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and marketing stakeholders from concept through execution.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Present creative concepts and designs to internal teams and leadership.
• Ensure consistency with brand standards, style guides, and templates.
• Continuously bring fresh, innovative ideas to elevate creative output.
• Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices and apply them to work.
