• Prepares illustrations or rough sketches using digital publishing software.
• Collaborates with Photography staff to obtain images.
• Proofs final layouts and prepares files for printer.
• Meets deadlines and tracks publications through approval processes.
• Assists with printing specifications and vendor communications.
• Maintains and organizes digital and hard-copy files.
• Provides routine printer maintenance and project support.
