AlphaGraphics Middleton is seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our family-owned team. You will work on print and electronic media, crafting images and layouts from ideas, and liaising between sales, customer service and production to ensure the client’s vision is met.

The role offers a competitive hourly wage of $22–$25, plus benefits including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off, and a 401(k) with company match. A positive attitude and strong teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to create and maintain customer relationships.
• Ability to coordinate multiple schedules.
• Working knowledge of Mac and Windows.
• Full proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite required.
• Understanding of basic sales and marketing processes preferred.
• Ability to interact with clients and vendors and build relationships.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and prioritize.
• Must be comfortable multi-tasking in a fast-paced office to meet customers’ needs.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision within the guidelines of assigned projects.

Responsabilités

• Produce quality design work in a fast-paced environment.
• Receive customer files, pre-flight, and operate RIP production equipment.
• Collaborate with Graphic Design Team, Production Manager, and Sales on projects.
• Support sales by effectively conveying the customer message; stay up-to-date on design trends.
• Interpret customer requests.
• Actively communicate with customers.
• Provide backup for other Design Team members.
• Maintain organized customer files and records.
