Qualifications

• 2+ years in a full-time graphic design role.
• Experience with UX/UI layout and prototyping software, such as Sketch, Figma or Adobe XD.
• Specialty in custom illustration, iconography, front-end web and/or email design.
• Proven mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).

Responsibilities

• Coming up with creative campaigns and bring them to life across both digital and print channels.
• Working side-by-side with cross-functional teams to ensure designs support marketing initiatives and audience needs.
• Partnering with analysts and squad leaders to track campaign performance and refine visuals accordingly.
• Push creative boundaries while staying aligned with brand guidelines.
• Pitch in wherever needed to foster a collaborative team culture.
