Bay Central Printing is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to deliver a diverse body of work, from page layout to signage and corporate identity. The ideal candidate will combine strong design skills with excellent customer service, communication, and reliability under production deadlines.

The role requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, a solid understanding of layout and typography, and the ability to manage multiple projects with keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Strong layout, typography, and design principles.
• Familiarity with pre-press processes, file preparation, and print production.
• Experience in desktop publishing for newsletters, business cards, flyers, logos, and brochures.
• Excellent time-management with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Independent, self-motivated, and able to produce high-quality work under tight timelines.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service with clients.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and internet savvy.
• Bachelor's degree in Design or related field preferred.
• Previous graphic design experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio showcasing published works essential.

Responsibilities

• Study design briefs to fully understand the scope and project requirements.
• Create a detailed schedule outlining project milestones and deadlines.
• Develop rough drafts and present them to clients for feedback.
• Refine and finalize designs using Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
• Ensure designs align with brand standards and meet all project specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
