Mcnamaraflorist is hiring floral designers for multiple location openings in Indiana. You will design arrangements using real and silk flowers, fulfill special orders, and create wedding and event pieces while collaborating with clients to realize their vision.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of commercial floral design experience, a high school diploma, and strong planning and communication skills. Positions available across Design Center, Willow Lake, and Fort Wayne locations.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of commercial floral design experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; reading and writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Arrange real and silk flowers for displays and events.
• Create corsages, bouquets, wreaths, and wedding decorations.
• Work with clients to fulfill vision for weddings, funerals, or celebrations.
• Water, condition, and prepare flowers and foliage for storage.
