Haggen, Inc. is seeking a Floral Designer to bring customers' visions to life with creative and careful floral design. You will craft arrangements, maintain displays, and assist customers in realizing their ideas while keeping the shop organized and well-stocked.

Responsibilities include lifting up to 40 lbs, using floral tools, and supporting the team with daily tasks. A caring, customer-focused approach helps celebrate life moments daily.

Qualifications

• Floral design experience with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Customer service orientation and ability to translate ideas into beautiful arrangements.
• Ability to maintain clean, efficient workspaces and manage inventory.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks and basic design supplies.
• Team player and positive team contributor.

Responsibilities

• Design and create stunning floral arrangements for customers.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays; replenish inventory.
• Engage with customers to uncover needs and realize their ideas.
• Operate basic point-of-sale systems and assist with transactions.
