Qualifications

• Experience teaching, facilitating, coaching or leading groups.
• Experience working with individuals with special needs.
• Ability to adapt lessons based on instructional goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging and individualized enrichment classes to adults of varying ability levels.
• Lead programming based on strengths and participant interests.
• Adapt activities and teaching approaches for different communication styles and learning needs.
• Create a supportive, respectful, and encouraging environment.
• Collaborate with team to organize performances and community events.
• Track and document participant progress and attendance.
