Caring Transitions of Delray Beach West & Boynton Beach is seeking an E-Commerce Auction Coordinator who blends attention to detail with creativity and a heart for service. In this role, your research, photography, and storytelling will bring treasured items—antiques, fine art, collectibles, and vintage décor to vivid life on CTBIDS.com.

You’ll help tell the story of these objects, honor the seniors who entrusted them, and make the auction process meaningful and respectful.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.

• Comfort working in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Sort and organize homes, categorizing items for sale, donation, disposal, or relocation.
• Craft engaging listings with accurate, compelling auction descriptions.
• Capture item details through photography that highlights appeal.
• Research antiques and collectibles to understand history and value.
• Support seniors on-site by identifying items for sale across the Lake Oconee area.
• Assist with packing and resettling, 2–3 days monthly, without heavy lifting.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver compassionate service.
