Job summary

VG Systems, LLC seeks a Senior Graphic Design Lead / Creative Director to guide visual strategies and oversee design teams across locations. You will translate mission objectives into compelling concepts and ensure production quality across media while aligning with PWS requirements.

The role requires a track record in graphic design leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field with 10 years of leadership experience.
• Alternative: high school diploma plus 20 years of experience in VIP-level design leadership.
• Active Top Secret clearance required at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee graphic design and production staff across multiple locations.
• Develop and present original creative concepts to leadership for review and approval.
• Ensure consistency, quality and visual impact across all design deliverables.
• Create and maintain SOPs for design processes and workflows.
• Translate agency strategic goals into visual strategies across media formats.
