The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of creative leadership experience and a strong portfolio across various media, as well as fluency in production and various creative tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in creative leadership roles at agencies, studios, or brand teams.
• Proven commercial track record with culturally resonant campaigns.
• Strong portfolio spanning digital, social, video, and print.

Responsibilities

• Set the creative vision across multiple campaigns.
• Lead a ~7-person creative team.
• Manage creative team staffing and performance standards.
• Oversee all stages of production.
