Job summary

KY Talent in New York is seeking a Creative Director to lead creative across luxury, beauty, fashion and experiential projects. This senior leadership role requires exceptional taste, conceptual thinking and a portfolio demonstrating big ideas and superb execution.

You’ll lead projects from brief to concept, design development and final execution, guiding brands through live experiences, activations, installations and spatial environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in experiential, events, design or agency leadership roles.
• Standout portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and execution quality.
• Proven experience with luxury, beauty, fashion or premium lifestyle brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative vision across major projects from initial brief to final execution.
• Develop original, culturally relevant concepts and creative territories.
• Translate briefs into compelling narratives, spatial experiences and guest journeys.
• Set a high creative standard across concept, design, art direction and materials.
• Lead brainstorms, reviews and critiques, providing clear direction that strengthens the work.
• Present and defend creative concepts to senior clients with confidence.
• Collaborate closely with production teams to realize ambitious live experiences.
• Protect the integrity of the creative idea throughout design development and delivery.
• Oversee multiple workstreams and projects, building and mentoring teams.
