• Owns every piece of creative from concept to delivery (idea, writing, design, film, online, experience).
• Sets a strong point of view to bring clarity to messy briefs.
• Leads staff and freelance creatives, hires and directs them, defends the good work.
• Presents to clients, incorporates feedback, and earns trust to make work you believe in.
• Shapes Bakery's brand across press, stages, juries, and awards.
