Prophet in New York, NY is seeking a Design leadership partner to expand its design capability and drive transformative brand and customer experiences. The role blends creative direction with strategic leadership and senior-stakeholder advisory across Prophet’s offerings.

You will lead a high-performing design team, build client relationships, and contribute to firm-wide strategy and growth while delivering design excellence grounded in business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in brand design, experience design, creative strategy, innovation, campaign, or related disciplines, ideally in a consultancy or agency environment.
• 5+ years leading and selling strategic creative solutions to senior client stakeholders.
• Proven success leading multidisciplinary teams across strategy, design, and digital disciplines.
• Experience building capabilities, methodologies, and frameworks that elevate design organizations.
• Deep expertise in brand identity, experience design, design systems, campaign ideation, and creative strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong client relationships through high-impact, multidisciplinary work delivered through effective collaboration across Prophet's offerings.
• Lead client engagements including brand identity, experience, activation, and campaign work streams.
• Elevate creative quality by grounding recommendations in business strategy and serving as a champion for design excellence.
• Shape business development work by contributing to proposals and pitches through thought leadership and subject matter expertise.
• Support firm-wide contributions beyond Design, aligning creative leadership to Prophet's strategy, culture, and growth agenda.
• Deliver against commercial targets, including sales, utilization, and profitability goals.
• Contribute to Prophet's global studio culture by helping maintain consistent standards across geographies.
• Travel as needed to engage clients, build teams, and represent Prophet.
• Lead and inspire a high-performing team of design experts as part of the Design Leadership Team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and professional growth.
• Continue building and recruiting world-class design talent for Prophet's growing global creative team.
• Model Prophet's performance-driven, collaborative, entrepreneurial culture while fostering belonging and shared success.
• Integrate with Prophet's broader consulting teams to ensure design work is embedded in and elevates strategic impact.

Location & Compensation

• Salary range: USD 230,000 - 280,000 per year
