Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced creative directors and art directors to train an AI language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. This fully remote, flexible engagement offers $80/hour with up to 1,600 per week for 5–20 hours weekly.

Applicants should have a strong portfolio and expert PowerPoint skills, delivering client-ready decks and presentations to executives.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a creative or art director at a recognized agency or in-house studio
• Portfolio of creative presentations that sold work to clients or executives
• Expert-level PowerPoint and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: creative presentation decks, concept boards, campaign narrative presentations, design rationale slides, and visual storytelling for client and executive audiences

Job description

Pay: $80/hr, up to $1.6k/week

We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced creative directors and art directors who can help train their latest language model on professional presentation and slide deck tasks. We're looking for CDs and ADs with 6+ years presenting creative work at top agencies or in-house studios to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated presentations and slide decks across core workflows: creative presentation decks, concept boards, campaign narrative presentations, design rationale slides, and visual storytelling for client and executive audiences.
Compensation: $80/hour
Commitment: Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location: Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date: ASAP
