We are looking for an experienced, passionate, strategic and visionary Creative Director to guide our team towards crafting impactful and innovative creative solutions for our world-class clients. In this role, you will lead the development of integrated creative campaigns that connect audience insight and business strategy to exceptional creative execution. You will lead multidisciplinary teams in delivering breakthrough work across digital, social, web, video, and traditional channels while serving as a trusted partner to clients and internal teams. This role requires a collaborative leader who can inspire teams, mentor talent, direct both visual and written creative development, and confidently present and defend creative recommendations. Success in this role comes from balancing strategic thinking, creative excellence, team leadership, and operational stewardship to drive meaningful client impact and sustainable growth. The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. The final agreed upon compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experiences and may fall outside the range shown. The physical activity required of this position includes standing, walking, lifting, pulling, pushing, kneeling, reaching, stooping, talking, hearing and use of repetitive motion.
