Qualifications

• Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically: Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Lightroom.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Premiere.
• Accomplished professional photographer with strong propping, lighting, composition, and color correction.
• Deep understanding of visual branding and storytelling at scale.
• Proven ability to maintain and elevate an established brand.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to teach, mentor, and guide creative professionals.
• Self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and uncompromising creative standards.

Responsibilities

• Mentor, teach, and correct team members as needed to elevate overall creative output.
• Uphold uncompromising quality control with a relentless pursuit of best‑in‑class visual assets.

We are seeking a highly skilled and visionary Creative Director to lead and elevate all visual output for our brand. This is a hands‑on, in‑person leadership role based in Post Falls, Idaho, working closely with a collaborative team of graphic designers, photographers, and videographers. This role is responsible for maintaining and elevating Shabby Fabrics’ current brand position, ensuring every visual asset is on brand, strategically aligned, and executed at the highest possible caliber.
