Job summary

Natural Organics Inc. in Melville, NY seeks a Marketing Creative Designer to shape visual identity across web, social, email and print. You’ll collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute creative strategies, with experience in advertising, branding, animated videos, and social content.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Graphics Design or related field, 3+ years of graphic design, and a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe suite and basic HTML/XML skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphics Design or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Illustrator.
• Ability to work with basic HTML/XML scripts and web assets.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage designs from concept to delivery while preserving brand.

As a Marketing Creative Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the visual and creative identity of NaturesPlus. You'll work closely with the Director of Marketing to develop and execute creative strategies across various channels, including web. social media, email marketing and more. The ideal candidate will have experience across a range of design functions-advertising, branding, animated videos, and content creation for social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Designing graphic content, illustrations, Animated videos and infographics
• Managing graphic designs from conception to delivery
• Ensuring brand consistency throughout all marketing projects.
• Maintaining corporate and product catalogs, brochures, flyers and other misc. marketing needs
• Designing & Schedule email marketing
• Packaging design
• Print and digital advertisements
• Delivering attractive products and lifestyle imagery for use in print and digital applications
• Ensure all creative work delivered is accurate by meticulously proofing work and by communicating with the throughout the design process.
• Design and produce creative materials (print, environmental & web) with a brand aesthetic that is contextual to the channel and audiences.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time and with the highest production standard available.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphics Design, Visual Arts or relevant field
• 3+ years of experience working as a Graphic Designer
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Dreamweaver and Illustrator
• A complete design portfolio
• Ability to work with programming scripts, including XML and HTML
• Familiarity with production & rendering methods, including drawing, photography, interactive media
• Strong organizational skills
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
• Outstanding creative-thinking skills
• Background in nutrition or supplement industry a plus
• Enthusiastic about working collaboratively and individually
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
