Job summary

K-LOVE is seeking a Designer for a four-month, part-time assignment in Franklin, TN. You will create visuals for campaigns across print and digital, drive key art with a Social First approach, and collaborate with the Visual Art Director to ensure brand continuity.

The role requires a graphic design degree, 3+ years' experience, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and comfort with web/print design principles. Flexible collaboration with web content and UI/UX teams is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in-house or ad agency experience.
• Ability to deliver inspired concepts under guidance of the Visual Art Director.
• Ability to apply feedback to produce strong output and grow design capabilities.
• Strong understanding of design principles for web and print including typography, composition, color, space, information hierarchy.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with DAM systems and web best practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creative execution of campaigns and brand initiatives with project timelines and milestones.
• Drive development of key art and content with a Social First mindset using photos, video, and basic motion.
• Conceptualize and deliver original creative for merch, websites, social media, banners, emails, and communications.
• Develop sketches, compositions, and layouts following design standards for print and digital.
• Collaborate with the Visual Art Director on ideation and execution of creative initiatives.
• Apply audience insight and brand culture to generate fresh designs aligned with messaging.
• Create and refresh visuals for websites, mobile apps, social media, and video projects.
• Assist with photo and video shoots, providing direction to capture high-quality assets.
• Maintain and organize assets using DAM and team file servers; partner with Digital Media & Marketing teams.
• Support internal events as needed.
