Job summary

Berlin Packaging is seeking a Creative Designer to join the Marketing team in Chicago, hybrid work arrangement. You will lead multi‑channel campaigns, design logos, brochures, infographics, and web assets while ensuring brand consistency across all materials.

The ideal candidate holds a BS/BFA in Visual Communications Design and has 5+ years of marketing design experience, with strong Adobe suite skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• BS/BFA in Visual Communications Design or equivalent.
• 5+ years of related marketing design experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to manage time and resources on multiple simultaneous projects with aggressive deadlines.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite (PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of AI content generation tools (Midjourney, Runway ML, Krea, Vizcom, Newarc, etc.).
• Basic working knowledge of 3D Design & Rendering (Cinema 4D, Blender, Adobe Substance).
• Basic working knowledge of web design (html/css) and no-code tools (Webflow, Figma Prototyping, Framer).
• Motion graphics and multimedia design experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
• Design marketing collateral: logos, brochures, presentations, infographics, webpages.
• Create and execute marketing assets for Berlin Packaging brands.
• Review and evolve brand standards and visual identity.
• Collaborate with Marketing team on sessions to brainstorm ideas.
• Collaborate with departments to hit goals.
• Demonstrate Berlin values through work ethic and teamwork.
