Aramark is seeking a Cook who loves to create and innovate in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You’ll work with fresh ingredients and a range of equipment while following safety guidelines.

The role offers opportunity to explore different cuisines and cooking styles and contribute to a team focused on quality and guest satisfaction. The position pays $20.00–$22.50 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and access to retirement plans like 401(k).

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation principles and safety regulations.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.
• Demonstrate basic math and counting skills.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills in writing and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to recipes and guidelines.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping.
• Safely use knives and other utensils and operate ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam, and use diverse cooking methods.
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food per guidelines.
• Maintain food safety and sanitation in work areas and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor.
