• Safely uses knives and operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams and uses various cooking methods.
• Garnishes and portions food according to guidelines.
• Stores food following safety policies and keeps work areas clean and sanitized.
