Aramark is seeking a Cook to join our team where you’ll bring recipes to life and explore creative cooking styles. You’ll work with fresh ingredients and safety guidelines, preparing meals to meet client needs and production standards.

You’ll set up stations, measure ingredients, and use standard recipes while maintaining clean work areas and high-quality food service for guests and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role.
• Knowledge of basic cooking principles and food safety regulations.
• Ability to obtain food safety certification.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
• Safely uses a variety of utensils including knives and operates ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams and uses various cooking methods on meats, vegetables and other foods.
• Stores food properly following safety policies and sanitation standards.
