Job summary

Transformation Church in Indian Land, SC is seeking a Creative Content Specialist to shape how people engage with the church through bold, vision-aligned design. This role focuses on sermon series artwork, events, social media, print, and in-service screens.

You will partner with ministry leaders to turn ideas into visuals that inform, inspire, and invite participation. Video editing experience is a plus and growth opportunities exist across creative projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design or content creation.
• Strong portfolio showing creativity and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Canva a plus.
• Video editing or motion graphics experience preferred.
• Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory.
• Collaborative, teachable team player who handles feedback well.

Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for social media, web, print, signage, and in-service screens.
• Develop cohesive visual identities for sermon series, events, campaigns, and ministry initiatives.
• Steward the church brand by ensuring consistency across all visuals.
• Collaborate with ministry leaders to translate needs into creative solutions.
• Manage multiple projects from concept to completion while meeting deadlines.
• Support video editing and motion graphics projects as needed.
• Build and maintain organized design files, templates, and asset libraries.

Creative Content Specialist

Transformation Church is looking for a Creative Content Specialist to help tell the story of what God is doing in and through our church through bold vision-aligned design.

About the Role

The Creative Content Specialist plays a key role on the Communications team, with a primary focus on graphic design and visual content creation. From sermon series artwork and event promotion to social media, print, and in-service screens, this role shapes how people see, experience, and connect with Transformation Church.

You'll partner with ministry leaders and teammates to turn ideas into visuals that inform, inspire, and invite people into the life of the church. Video editing experience is a plus, and as our team grows, there will be opportunities to contribute to a wide range of creative projects.

This role is a great fit for a designer who loves the craft, works with excellence under deadlines, brings fresh ideas to every project, and wants their creative gifts to serve a greater purpose.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or content creation
• A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; Canva experience is a plus
• Video editing or motion graphics experience preferred
• Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory
• Ability to manage competing priorities with excellence, flexibility, and a positive attitude
• A collaborative, teachable team player who gives and receives feedback well
