Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related creative field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating dynamic, effective design rooted in content strategy and UX.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, and Google Slides.
• Strong branding understanding with cross-medium design experience (digital, print, slides, social, motion).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, proactive in sharing work and open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Deliver dynamic, accessible, and user-centered design across web graphics, slides, campaign assets, enablement visuals, and more.
• Own end-to-end design work from intake to final handoff and QA.
• Apply content hierarchy and visual clarity to support storytelling across editorial, video, and product content.
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, video producers, and stakeholders to bring concepts to life.
• Translate stakeholder goals and user research into compelling visual artifacts.
• Ensure consistent Salesforce branding across touchpoints and evolve style/templates.
• Manage multiple design projects and deadlines in a fast-moving, remote-first environment.
• Provide feedback in reviews, mentor designers, and shape team standards and best practices.
• Stay current with design trends, accessibility standards, and AI-assisted tools where appropriate.
