Responsibilities

• Decorate bakery items: top, finish, and decorate a variety of baked goods including bars, pies, cookies, donuts, cupcakes, and cakes.
• Enhance visual appeal by creating unique, attractive items that exceed guest expectations.
• Provide excellent guest service and handle special orders with care and accuracy.
• Stock and maintain bakery displays, rotate products, and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Uphold high standards of quality and freshness; remove items not meeting standards.
• Collaborate with Bakery team to achieve department goals and maintain cleanliness and organization.
• Keep food safety logs up to date and adhere to safety guidelines.
• Attend work shifts regularly and coordinate replacements as needed.
• Support the team with other duties as assigned.
