Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a skilled cake decorator to design and decorate cakes according to customers' specifications and preferences. Responsibilities include taking orders, organizing and delivering by due dates, and recommending decorations and designs. Ice cream cake experience is a plus but not required. Frosting, icing, and batter prep experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous cake decorating experience required.
• Proficient with cake decorating tools and instruments.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs.
• Perform weekly inventory.
• Create lists of items needed for ordering.
• Detail oriented with artistic and creative skills.
• Excellent time management and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Take customers' orders accurately.
• Decorate and design cakes per customers' specifications.
• Organize and deliver orders by due dates.
• Recommend cake decorations and designs.
• Replicate Baskin-designed cakes from design cards.
• Provide creativity and attention to detail in all work.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
