Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide polite, friendly greetings and interactions with all guests.
• Prepare product for sale (icing, decorating, labeling).
• Maintain product level, quality and freshness.
• When requested perform bakery clerk functions.
• Maintain sanitation standards in the cooler, freezer, prep area and sales area.
• Keep work area and equipment clean and organized.
• Maintain the organization of the cooler and rotate products by variety.
• Communicate guest requests to management.
• Communicate temperature breakdowns to supervisor.
• Keep supply areas neat, clean and tidy at all times.
• Rotate icings and read dates; use cake production sheets as reference.
• Announce specials and sale info to guests over PA.
• Assist in product receiving and storage.
