Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. in Dickinson, ND is seeking a Cake Decorator to join our Bakery Department. You will create and decorate cakes, pastries, and cookies, keeping cases stocked with fresh, attractive products and delivering friendly guest service.

You’ll engage guests with samples, promote items, and help maintain health and sanitation standards. The role may back up the Bakery Manager when needed, contributing to a team-focused, employee-owned workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in decorating bakery items preferred.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and comply with safety standards.
• Strong interpersonal skills for guest service.

Responsibilities

• Create and decorate cakes, pastries, and cookies for display and sale.
• Keep bakery cases stocked with fresh, appealing products.
• Engage guests with product samples and suggestive selling to drive sales.
• Provide friendly, efficient guest service and answer questions about products.
• Back-up duties for Bakery Department Manager as needed.
